Application Process
1. Complete the Online Application Form
All applications must be submitted directly through our website. Simply visit our Apply Now page and complete the secure online application form.
2. Submit Required Documents
Ensure all academic transcripts and supporting documentation are submitted by the deadlines outlined in our Academic Calendar. Required documents include:
Official high school transcript (for BScN applicants)
Official post-secondary transcript and proof of RN licensure (for MScN applicants)
Proof of English language proficiency ( international applicants – Non English Speaking Countries)
Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport)
3. Pay the Application Fee
After submitting your application, you will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee:
70 CAD for Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents
100 CAD for International Students
🎉 We are currently offering an 80% application fee waiver for international applicants — limited-time offer!
4. Application Review
Once your application and documents are received, our Admissions Team will begin the review process. This typically takes 4–6 weeks. An Admission Advisor may reach out to you by phone or email during this time — prompt responses will help avoid delays.
You will be notified of the decision via email once your application has been fully assessed.
5. Accept Your Offer & Secure Your Place
If you are accepted, you will receive a formal Offer of Admission by email. To confirm your spot at St. Victoria International Nursing School:
Accept the offer by the deadline stated in your offer letter
Pay the required registration deposit (amount specified in your admission package)
Your seat in the program will be officially reserved once the deposit is received.
💡 Refund Policy:
If you are an international student and your study visa is not approved, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration deposit, upon submission of official proof of visa refusal.
